This KAI PRO Slicing/Brisket knife features a 12″ blade with a hammered finish and a black POM handle.
The KAI PRO series was created to provide professional-level cutlery for home or commercial kitchens. All of these knives are built with Japanese AUS-6M steel, which has been NSF certified for use in professional kitchens. Each blade is hand sharpened and finished to a 16° cutting edge for maximized sharpness. The hammered finish not only looks great, it also reduces drag to release food quickly and easily. A solid full-tang POM riveted handle finishes off the high performance design.
